All Little Leaguers 12 and under playing in the Minor, Intermediates and Major divisions must use a bat no larger than 2 5/8-inch barrel diameter bat. They must be labelled with USA stamp. NO OTHER BATS WILL BE ALLOWED. T-ball players can use their bats even without the USA stamp as long as they have a sticker on the barrel which the league will provide.

While choosing the correct bat is certainly a personal decision, there are helpful guidelines. When shopping, use a chart, such as this one provided by Dick’s Sporting Goods®, which assists in determining the suggested bat length based on a player’s height and weight.
