All Little Leaguers 12 and under playing in the Minor and Major divisions must use a 2 ¼-inch barrel diameter bat. Here is a link to the list of Little League licensed 2 ¼-inch barrel bats.

While choosing the correct bat is certainly a personal decision, there are helpful guidelines. When shopping, use a chart, such as this one provided by Dick’s Sporting Goods®, which assists in determining the suggested bat length based on a player’s height and weight.
